It's 100 Degrees...Must Be Time For Spring Planting!

After looking at the dead plants in our front door planters for the last few months, we finally decided it was time to buy some new.  Since it was 100 degrees, we waited until after dark to plant the flowers the kids chose.

Austin and Lexi were very into the planting project.  The kids chose red, white and blue flowers to put in one 'patriotic' themed planting.

Adam joined in for awhile but soon found himself more interested in running around the car (and following Rob around as he sprayed for weeds).

Lys came out to be the clean up committee.  Drew decided planting was entirely not his thing.
