Playing Outdoor Games Indoors
The kids like the Harry Potter books so we ended up meeting a great group of people here who get together each weekend to play Quidditch (a game in the Harry Potter books). During the winter we played at the park since it is an outdoor game, but the temperature has creeped up so the game moved inside a church gym for the summer. We played at the gym for the first time yesterday and it was nice to have the air conditioning. 104 degrees is the perfect reason to move activities inside. Oh my! 104 in the shade?! We are supposed to hit 90 tomorrow and I'm already cringing.
