Our Big Fat Greek Dinner
Since Rob's away we finally decided to try My Big Fat Greek Restaurant. The kids and I always think it smells really good when we drive past. They loved it (and I thought it was really good too!). I think they are ready to go back tomorrow! Even at a Greek restaurant, Austin ordered the cheeseburger.  Lys was really happy with all of the vegetarian options. She thought the fettucini alfredo was about the best she's ever eaten (except for mine, of course!). On the right side of the picture you can see a small portion of Drew's dinner. He tried the Mousaka (Greek specialty, if you haven't ever heard of it) and the plate was stacked full!  This kid can really put away the food!  Even after piling away that much food, he still tried to steal some fish and chips from Lexi's plate!  The kids kept seeing other people get flaming desserts so we ordered one. It was a custard type dish with vanilla ice cream and caramel on top. They thought the fire was too cool, then they loved it when everyone yelled "OPA" after the fire. |
We ate there on our trip! Is it the one in Tempe? We all loved it.

Got your card and am enjoying your blog. One of these days I will get pictures sent so you can see how the kids have grown. Please know you all are always in our thought and am glad you still keep us in yours.
