Greetings From the Mountains

We spent part the week at a cabin in the mountains near Winter Park.  It has been a really fun trip!  There was so much to do;  skiing, skating, tubing and lots more.  Here are some pictures from our trip:

Chilling in the cabin.

I guess we have had gas fireplaces around the house for too long, because the boys were pretty mesmerized by the real fire.

Adam doing archery.  He had a lot of trouble figuring out how to use the bow but by the end of the class he was regularly hitting the target.  He was quite proud of himself!

Austin, Lexi, Drew and Rob all participated in the archery class too.

Lexi and Lys ice skating.  Lexi spent most of her time holding the wall. I don't think she was a big fan of ice skating!

We went roller skating a few times.  There were not very many other people staying nearby so we had the rink to ourselves.

Lys helped teach Adam how to skate.

Trying to figure out how to get our skis on.

We all had a great time learning to ski.  The kids are ready to go back to the mountains for another ski trip already.
